Here’s some pictures of a few things from around the homestead.
A few pictures of Ralf and Kyle while taking a pre-jog walk. I’m not sure what’s up with the post, but it looks a bit weird… like it got dug up and reburried in the same hole? Well, it’s where it should be… Also a peek at the nest I’ve been keeping an eye on in the Egg-A-Day updates.
Some pictures of the trees around the cabin, some jewel weed seedlings growing near the back fence, Indy turning around to come get some cuddles, and Nim trying to get my face while I try to get a picture of her.
Above is a picture of a migrating heron, and then a bunch of pictures from while I was jogging, some wild flowers. For some reason, my phone camera was acting whack, and the color is off. I deleted a few pictures of REALLY purple flowers which looked …pale apricot? when I checked them on the computer. Those aren’t here. I know I have some Colt’s Foot ( various stages of bloom to fluff) which looks kinda like a dandelion, a spring beauty which was much prettier in person (pale pinkish with a few purple narrow lines on each petal), what I suspect is some sort of Anemone, and a real dandelion or two. Also, I suspect a picture of Nim snuck into the slideshow.
Here’s a picture of two roosters, and another one of a car’s sticker I saw in a Wal-Mart parking lot a few days ago. Ryan, I think you’s like that sticker! Tailgaiters, take heed: the guy in front of you will probably known he’s stopping before you do, can you really brake fast enough to be that close?
Lastly, here are a few pictures of the twins, Echo and Nim.
