Today was pretty easy but very hot. Reached 105*F with the humidity calculated in. At least the terrain was basically flat. I started the day off with a flat tire. Ended the day in a crappy Econo Lodge motel that is falling apart lol. But met lots fellow bikers today.
I almost got eaten by a dragon as I rode through Vandalia Illinois. And found some interesting vehicles…
Route 40 is a National Historic Road. Lots of stories found along this road…
