I made stir-fry for dinner and wanted to share it.
You start with butter and your favorite oil. Then add some garlic, Italian herbs, and parsley. Mix well. Next your meat and a little water.
Cook till browned…
Now add the vegetables. We got a mixed bag of broccoli, green beans, mini corn, water chestnut, and more. Along with some butter nut squash.
Cook to your liking then strain off the excess liquid for a broth in a later dish…
Now you are done. Takes about 10 minutes altogether for prep and cooking to plate.
Don’t forget the cheese!!!
