I have searched the internet for an affordable trike rack. No such thing.


I had a trailer hitch and a spare luggage bar. I purchased the rest of the metal (square bar, angle brackets, etc.) for $56. Paint job was $100. Well worth the cost.



I wanted a trailer hitch style rack to make transporting easy. I have a roof setup but it’s really difficult to mount trike on it. Mathew offered to help and did an awesome job. Still takes two to load but way easier now.




Now my next DIY project is to find a way to make this lay down, mount trike, then fold back up. I know it would require a twist feature and a hinge, so may not happen. We shall see…
