Every year for Halloween we convert the fitness trail, in the woods, into a mile and a half long haunted trail.
There are 18 stations for volunteers to set up and decorate anyway they like.

You start at the corner of voodoo and Stratofort , just outside the trail which starts on Ryan Lipinski Drive.

You hop on a hayride, go through the woods where roaming monsters jump out to scare you.

You get dropped off at station 5 and walk around the loop where the rest of the stations are. At the stations you will find many creepy, spooky and scary subjects handing out treats and trinkets.

You then hop back onto the hayride to take the trip back out to the terrifying roaming monsters.
At the top of the hill, where you get on/off the hayride, we have bounce houses, games, and a live DJ.

DJ Chris Andereson , did a frightfully good job with the entertainment this year. Everyone seemed to enjoy the music and we seen many people find their inner “boogie man”. Many laughs we given and applauses.

Our roaming monsters, station volunteers, registration and other volunteers did a fantastic job. Everything was kept orderly and we didn’t experience any injuries or problems.

Every year our event grows larger and more creative. We love watching the people that return each year as regulars but also the new ones that get webbed into this experience.
302 people visited the trail. We made a donation profit of $801.85, which will fund our next event. We also collected 150lbs of food for the local St. Vincent DePaul food pantry. Our next event is our Christmas families and senior santa.

Thank you to everyone who made this event happen, as well as, the participants who came to enjoy.
