Getting dark earlier now, by me dusk is around 7. Using an x bar on the back of the coop to hold the plastic sheathing is a good idea. That repurposed metal roof seems to hold its own too, the coop always seems like a comfortable place without some constant drip to make a wet hen.
This site is steadily improving, photographs of the animals are crisp–General Tso looks to me like a bowl of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes & the content is reflective of keeping the homestead going & growing.. I also have a slide show of the chicken coop to answer your other question about the sand going up shortly.
