Before I show y’all April 23’s pictures, I’ll spill a few beans.  After we lost Tandori last week, I had a nightmare about finding another one dead in the coop… Sunnyside that time…but happily when I went to let them out that early morning (before sunrise I open the flap door, so the girls can zip out if they have to lay early), everyone was ok.  The flock has been and still is doing fine.

So it looks like April 23 had both a Pixie and an Oregano egg.  You might spot one or two in some of the other days egg photos as well.  Next are the April 24 pictures:

And here, with any luck is the video of me stalking the crazy Nutters…and sorry, Nutters made me forget to take a total basket picture… I was waiting until I found her to see if there were eggs, but with no eggs I forgot I hadn’t taken the picture.

April 28, another mislabeled day.  Sorry folks, I had a later shift at work and had already taken the dogs for a walk and jog before work, so I was a bit tired when I got home…good thing the camera keeps a date tag on the files for me, or I’d think I was going nuts when I realized I had dated things for today yesterday (if that makes any sense at all). Speaking of not making any sense, I had another of those whacked out nightmares, only this time there were three… and I had x-ray vision and a camera so I was trying to get pictures because at least this time I knew they had neck injuries.  But yet again despite waking up freaked about the chickens, as soon as I went up to let them out (early!), they of course were just fine. So like I said, it’s the 28th comping up, even though it’s labeled the 29th…
