Great video. I was wondering about what herbs you like taking. Another thing, if you don’t mind me asking, have you heard about mincing garlic and letting it sit for ten minutes in the open air (in a glass), then adding enough water to drink it down.
I have tried that when I get sick and it seems to work better then when I just eat garlic right away. Or is it all in my head?

Garlic is garlic and will work no matter how you take it. Green veggies regularly, garlic, hot peppers, crushed red pepper, chamomile, mint, echinacea, cayenne, dandelions, you cant over dose on any of these unless you cant handle the heat of peppers 😉 We eat all these near daily to keep up the levels in our systems. Then if feel bad we increase intake. I personally have not been sick since I quit taking modern medicine for common illnesses. Natural immunity comes from slowly building a tolerance over time so when the flu or cold etc… comes your way it cant take hold. Hand sanitizer is the worlds worst enemy towards naturalized immunity.

Everything we love! We grow over 100 pepper plants every year. Love the hot ones. We grow loads of garlic. My husband will not let me buy any type of hand sanitizer. He said it kills good bacteria and makes you weak. You won’t be able to ward anything off by using them. Thanks for the information! I appreciate it.

Many thanks for « Chain of Infection »
My learning curve for this was nearly vertical, helping my husband survive months of compromised immunity following a stem cell transplant for leukemia. Your visual aid sets everything out very well. Our worldwide dependency on manufactured antibiotics is frightening for a future without resistance. Everyone needs to be more vigilant.

Knowing the basics to prevent and control infection is essential. This knowledge must be known first-hand & not to be relied upon to randomly look-up on a search engine. Folks forget technology (and most likely during an emergency situation) does sometimes fail. Sadly, for the ignorant, uninformed & malformed that may be fatal and may not limited to an individual, but spread into communities as well.

It is such easy knowledge to learn as well if you put your mind and very little time towards it to do so.
