We have two ball parks in my neighborhood. Both needing work and resurfacing. Several people have been working towards gathering donations, equipment, and time to make them new again.
This dirt was donated awhile ago but issues arose and couldn’t get it spread out. After talking to the local board and finding out what needed to be done I acquired the use of a bobcat and got the infield dirt spread out and filled some holes.
Now all that is left really is to bring a grader out and level the field. Then the topsoil can be added and the ball games can begin again.
Contributing improvement to this field for the use of the community deserves a plaque mounted on a healthy sized boulder.
