Out with the old tenants and in with the new. The last were here for about 6yrs. So scrubbing walls and everything. Repainting everything. And lots of maintenance work getting done. New windows and appliances going in this spring. Already starting to fill like a new home again. I have a new family moving in this weekend. 2 Adults and 2 kids and 2 dogs.
