Started in Ash Grove this morning. We had a little hiccup while trying to return the keys from the hostel we stayed at. The police department was closed and we couldn’t find the drop-box they had told us about when we picked up the keys.

After the first 9 miles, we got to Walnut Grove and had lunch before setting out for another 25 miles to Fair Grove.

Tonight, we are staying behind the local Historical Site-in a gazebo! The bugs aren’t too bad, so we just have our mats and sleeping bags out.

There were lots of hills today, but they weren’t just up and up like back in Kansas. We have just as much downhills as uphills.

I(Ryan) reached a new all time high speed today… just over 40 mph!!! Fun, but a little scary too.
