Addie, Holly, and I (Ryan) decided to take a day to bike around Marquette a bit.

We didn’t have a destination or a set time, so we just dropped our bikes and took off!!

Ended up on the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. It is nicely paved and later turns into a gravel road. Luckily the trikes handle the gravel okay.

There are some pretty sites to see, as well as, some educational stations to learn about the area.

There were some neat bike repair stations too! They have weights so that the tools don’t end up laying down on the ground.

Definitely a short day compared to our 2022 TransAmerica Trip. We pedaled about 15 miles today, which is half of our shortest day across the country this year!
We had fun though and were about to survive the sun, heat, and bugs.
