By request I am blogging about my food and resupply.
This is how and what I eat while I am hiking. I hate Mt. House type foods. I basically pantry cook / bake on the trail. I do it all with a Vargo titanium alcohol stove and titanium pot set. I do what is called wet baking and dry baking.
Addie sends me boxes about every 5-7 days roughly with new food supplies. I bake breads and make pizza, pies, cakes, pasta, stews, Cornish hens, marinated chicken, and much more.
Here are some pictures of it all for you. You can see other blogs on my site showing how to actually cook the way I do.
Thank you for the update and info and pics!! Hope it didnt put you out to much 🙂 ive been watching AT videos for weeks now and i look forward to your updates all the time!! Have you come across any Trail Magic?

I’ve had some trail magic. Hotdogs and such. Some people even bought me dinner at a nice restaurant. That has happened twice so far.

Glad you’ve enjoyed some variety at meal time. That stove has paid for itself. Like the tool to lift out the inner hot pan. Has been a very odd spring this year, somedays 90 degrees some days back to 40, makes daily wardrobe selection a challenge. Keep strong on the AT, & stay safe.
